  1. Use a paper towel to butter the bottom of a 9×13 pan with extra butter.
  2. Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Pour marshmallows over the melted butter; mix to coat the marshmallows.
  4. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Heat for another 30 seconds and stir again until marshmallows are completely melted.
  5. Pour cereal over the marshmallow mixture a little at a time and mix well.
  6. Place the mixed treat into the greased 9×13 pan. Run water over your hand and press the treat evenly into the pan.
  7. Cover and cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
  8. Cut treats into 20-24 squares and place upside down on wax paper.
  9. Melt the white chocolate for 45 seconds, then stir. Melt for another 45 seconds and stir again to melt the chocolate completely.
  10. Add the food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
  11. Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate. Place upside down on the wax paper to allow the chocolate to cool.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
