Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, zucchini, bell pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
